McLemore Auction sells construction, farm, shop, and industrial equipment at auction — one machine or a whole yard — usually within 30 days. We photograph, catalog, market to the right buyers, collect payment, and hand you a detailed settlement and a check.
For contractors, farms, machine shops, fleet managers, lenders, and estates with equipment to sell.
Photographed by our team for a Middle Tennessee equipment auction — every lot we sell is cataloged like this.
Cataloging, photography, marketing, bidding, payment collection, buyer pickup, settlement, and check are handled through one accountable process. Built for whole-shop, whole-fleet, and whole-yard sales, not one-off consignments.
This is for owners selling equipment outright, not for reseller inventory. A McLemore Auction representative will review the details and call you back.
“We could not have asked for a better company or group of people to help facilitate the closing auction of our family business… honest, understanding, communicative.”

Construction, farm, shop, restaurant, and industrial equipment handled together. Every engagement ends with a detailed sale accounting.
Tell us what the equipment is, where it is, and when it needs to be gone. Serial numbers and hours help but are not required to start.
McLemore Auction photographs, catalogs, markets to equipment buyers, manages bidding, and collects buyer payments.
We schedule buyer removal and send you a documented settlement and the sale proceeds after the auction closes.
“We could not have asked for a better company or group of people to help facilitate the closing auction of our family business that had been in operation since 1958. They were honest, understanding, communicative, and generous with their work ethic.”Jim A. Family business closing, McLemore Auction seller
Both. A single excavator or tractor can ride in one of our recurring auctions. A whole shop or yard gets its own dedicated sale.
Commission is paid from the sale proceeds. We review the equipment, timeline, and access before proposing terms so there are no surprises.
Usually not. We sell equipment where it sits and schedule buyer pickup around your access requirements.
Many equipment auctions can be cataloged, marketed, sold, and settled in about 30 days after engagement.
