The situation

The owners in Smithville, Tennessee were winding down two businesses at once: a woodworking shop that built custom cabinets for lake-area customers, and TraChic, a gift and home décor boutique. The shop equipment, the store fixtures and merchandise, and the vehicles and trailers that supported both all needed to go.

We cataloged 405 lots on site and sold them in one sixteen-day auction. Titled vehicles, a boat, and a camper sold alongside hand tools and boutique inventory, and the settlement was paid eight days after close.
