The situation
Barista Parlor closed three Nashville cafés — Germantown, Hillsboro Village, and Sylvan Supply — while its other locations kept operating. The lender directed the sale of the equipment from the three closed cafés and needed it done in an orderly, documented way.
We consolidated the contents of all three cafés at the former Germantown location and ran one auction. Every lot sold to the highest bidder regardless of price, and the lender received a documented settlement eight days after bidding closed.
