The situation
Biscuit Love closed its Franklin location and needed the entire contents of the restaurant converted to cash on a short calendar: the espresso bar, the full kitchen line, refrigeration, shelving, dining room furniture, antiques, and decor.
We were engaged on February 4 and opened bidding six days later, on February 10. Every lot was offered at auction with no reserve.
