The situation
Dalts American Grill served Nashville for 45 years before closing at the end of 2025. The owners needed a single, accountable process to sell everything in the building over the holidays, with the kitchen, dining room, bar, and signage all going out the door on one schedule.
We were engaged December 8, opened bidding December 23, and closed the sale January 9. Every lot sold with no reserve.
