The situation
Grilled Cheeserie was closing its Hillsboro Village location and needed the contents of a working commercial kitchen sold and out of the building, without spending weeks negotiating equipment one piece at a time.
We were engaged February 26. Bidding opened March 9, closed March 25, and the settlement was paid April 8. Every lot sold with no reserve.
